Tree-Free Labels
Label Impressions is already the greenest and most eco-friendly label printer in the world. We were the first label and flexpack printer in North America to receive both Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certification and carbon neutral status. In fact we've been carbon neutral since 2007 and have offset over 600 Tonnes of emissions. In addition to operating a 100% carbon neutral facility, Label Impressions now offers several NEW tree-free and recycled paper label options.
NEW RECYCLED PAPERS are made from cotton and recycled fiber. We also offer three varieties of TREE-FREE ORIGINAL PAPER: one made from a mixture of calcium carbonate and polyethylene, one made from 100% cotton, and one made from bagasse (transformed sugar cane) and hemp. All of these new products feature:
- Durable construction that doesn't degrade in water (exceptional wet strength)
- Resistance to fungus and dampness damage
- Natural paper feel and unique tone appearance
