EFIA Talks to Future of Packaging at Major Industry Conference

The European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA) will be represented at the Shaping the Future of Print: Packaging Conference 2019 when EFIA Marketing Director Joanna Stephenson, takes to the stage to present an insight to future packaging industry trends.

Hosted by leading organisations Integraf, FTA Europe & Smithers Pira, the conference will focus on the growing European printed packaging sector, with particular attention paid to market trends and consumer perspectives. Speakers will address various sector developments, as well as different technologies, materials and industry challenges.

Harnessing more than 25-years within the plastics, packaging and print industries, Joanna’s breadth of knowledge provides her with a solid foundation from which to interpret the markets and outline upcoming trends.

She commented: “Never has it been more important for businesses to be aware of wider industry and sector activity. In such a competitive landscape, being able to acknowledge and respond to market trends as they happen, or even before, is critical to success.

The conference takes place on February 21, 2019, at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels, Belgium. 

As well as the conference, there will also be networking opportunities and participants will receive a report on European Printed Packaging Trends, prepared specifically for the event by Smithers Pira.
