New Edale FL3 for The GSH Group

The GSH Group has been an Edale customer for more than 10 years, owning and still running two older presses. The GSH Group recently ordered Edale’s latest generation FL3 label printing press. After extensive study ,The GSH Group concluded that the new Edale FL3 offered the highest level of automation and demonstrated a level of productivity and print quality that satisfied the demands of their growing business.

The FL3 ordered is highly specified, including the new ‘EZ DIE’ quick change die system and ‘EZ REG’ autonomous register control. ‘EZ DIE’ enables a full die change in less than 60 seconds, pre-setting in both X and Y, and automatic waste stripping. Importantly ‘EZ DIE’ serves not only to make die changes quick but it also makes them safe by eliminating the need for lifting.

Both ‘EZ REG’ and ‘EZ DIE’ are technologies developed to automate and de-skill the analogue label printing process making label printing businesses more productive and efficient.
