Acme Rolltech install their first ALE Hercules Laser Engraving System

Acme Rolltech Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2018, is India’s first indigenous anilox roll manufacturing company who have just installed their first Direct Laser Engraving machine for producing anilox cylinders and sleeves.

After careful consideration Acme Rolltech opted for the ALE Hercules system due to its state-of-the-art pixel precise, laser engraving technology, making it the connoisseur’s supplier of choice for anilox. Acme Rolltech are now producing anilox of the highest standard worldwide from India.
Mr Parag Patel, Managing Director of Acme Rolltech stated the following “to start the first indigenous anilox manufacturing company in India, we wanted to go for the best equipment in the global market to meet its standards, after considering many direct laser engraving machines, we realised one simple thing, that 90 to 95 percent anilox manufacturers in the world use ALE engravers! This says a lot about ALE’s expertise for making engravers for producing anilox cylinders. After taking tests of a range of screens and seeing the engraving process and the capabilities of the machine, we finalised our order for the 4.5 meter Hercules Laser Engraving System knowing that we cannot go wrong with this choice.

After our machine arrived, starting from the installation and training, ALE has been exceptional in its service! The machine is a wonder to work with, and now that we are finally engraving we realise why anilox roller manufacturers go with ALE, and we are happy to be a part of it! We have engraved various cell shapes, and LPI’s over a range of finer and coarser screens, and we are successfully supplying these rollers for various applications in the industry! Even now, whenever we face any questions during jobs which are new to us, ALE has always been available to provide us with a diligent answer. With the way we are growing and reaching to different sectors in the market, we could be bold and say that we will soon be installing another engraving machine, and of course it will be from ALE”!
